  There is always a line for the drive thru teller and only one window open. They are so focused on everyone using the machine inside they have lost the customer relations part of banking. So frustrating to wait for 30 minutes to make a deposit.

  I give Chase Bank 0 stars. Everything is so difficult for this bunch of idiots here. Always long lines and no tellers. Very unprofessional. Seems like they recruit from fast food restaurants. Too many fees for very little service. Also why is there a 10 day hold on my deposits? Everything is electronic or so it seems. When I write a check the mony leaves the account right away so why do they take 10 days to put it in my account. The only good thing they ever do is give my dog treats.

  Only one drive thru open, had to wait in line for s long time, only to be told they wouldn't accept a check that had already been signed over to my company. It'doesn't be nice to have a back work with me instead of against me. I wish there was a better alternative.
